RETURNS POLICY
- Goods delivered faulty, will be replaced free of charge by the company. Email:faultydelivery@woodenflooringsales.com
- Goods returned correctly ordered will be charged at 25% of invoice value!
- Returned goods must be returned in a saleable condition, and all transport costs are to be charged to the customer returning the goods.
- Cancelled order and goods returned in a saleable condition 7 days from the date order payment.

25% of the total invoice value will be charged.
- Goods over ordered by customer, due to the customer supplying incorrect measuements in the first place ,then returning the goods.
The customer is responsible for returning the goods in a saleable condition,to our depot goods was originally delivered from.
The customer being responsible for all transport costs.
A restocking charge of 50% of the goods total value will apply once goods have been accepted back in a saleable condition.
Important Delivery Information
Please note that deliveries are subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Orders placed after 9:30AM cannot be guaranteed next day delivery
- The customer must be available to take delivery of items and unload delivery vehicles
- As transport drivers are not insured to deliver goods into the building itself, it is the customer's responsibility to take delivery from the front entrance of the building
- The 3-5 day delivery service does not allow customers to specify a delivery date
- The customer agrees to a 3/5 delivery service, other than if extra has been paid for another delivery option
- Should the customer be unavailable for delivery and goods are returned to depot, section 2 of our returns policy will apply
