Granfinish - Self Crosslinking Polyurethane Finish

USES

GRANFINISH is the latest generation of water based wood floor finishes designed to set new standards in terms of performance and quality for both flooring contractors and their clients. Granfinish has been specifically formulated for use in retail, commercial and leisure premises where maximum durability and minimum 'downtime' are essential. Granfinish offers the following benefits to the specifiers and users:-

• EXCEPTIONALLY FAST CURING
  Granfinish achieves 100% cure after 16 hours enabling buildings' floor access to be re-opened to regular traffic much faster than wherever conventional finishes have been used.
• SINGLE PACK FORMULATION
  Granfinish does not require a separate hazardous or corrosive catalyst to accelerate hardening, therefore eliminating the need to carry and mix chemicals on site.
• Available in Gloss or Silk finishes.
• U.V. STABLE - Non yellowing.
• Low Volatile Organic Compounds (V.O.C.) emissions
• VERY LOW ODOUR
  If necessary, floors may be refurbished whilst other parts of the building remain in use.
• EASE OF MAINTENANCE

• FAST DRYING
  Granfinish dries in 1 - 1.5 hours, thus allowing multiple coats to be applied in one day.
• SUPERIOR DURABILITY
  Essential for wooden floors situated in areas that are subjected to extremely heavy traffic. Granfinish also offers excellent black heel mark resistance.

DRYING TIME
1-11/2 hours based on 20'C room temperature 50% relative humidity and good ventilation.

COVERAGE
Approximately 80 square metres per 5 litre, depending on porosity of surface.
